CHRISTOPHER MADHLABE is an Associate in the Firm, specializing in Corporate Law, Banking Law, and Securitization, among other areas. With extensive experience in the legal field, Chris has advised companies listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and Victoria Falls Stock Exchange. He has a particular interest in banking and finance as well as pension law issues, including establishment and licensing, compliance, investment requirements, and dispute resolution. In addition to being a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, and Notary Public, Chris is also a registered Compliance Officer with the Securities and Exchange
Commission of Zimbabwe. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing an MBA with the National University of Science and Technology. He has completed specialized courses in Corporate Finance and Investments, specifically the Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and the Investments Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.
